Job Description
Industrial Maintenance Technician – Up to $35/hr
Aurora, CO | Full-Time | 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 5AM–3:30PM, Overtime as Needed)

What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on fabrication and material-handling equipment per established procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on downed equipment
- Work on CNC machines (mills, lathes), plasma cutters, saws, blasters, motors, electrical boxes, and sensors
- Operate and maintain equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, conveyors, and similar machinery
- Take apart and repair motors, replace bearings, roller wheels, and hydraulic/air machine components
- Support special facility improvement projects in collaboration with leadership
- Communicate project plans and supply needs to team leads and vendors
- Maintain a consistent, reliable presence — ready to work at shift start
- Follow all company safety standards and attend required meetings
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, heavy equipment repair, or metal fabrication environments
- Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Proven troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience
- Ability to safely operate cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
- Dependable, long-term mindset (no job-hoppers)
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience using Mega Mation or other CMMS systems
- Welding or fabrication exposure
- Ability to read and interpret shop/engineering drawings
- Forklift and crane certifications
- OSHA or other safety training/certifications
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally and operate machinery
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, and reaching during 8–12 hour shifts
- Work at heights up to 40 feet and tolerate varied shop conditions (heat, cold, dust, fumes)

Candidates will likely come from steel fabrication shops, heavy/industrial manufacturing facilities, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, or industrial maintenance departments.
