Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a full time maintenance tech to join our property management team. Duties to include basic maintenance skills and roles depend on the season. We will train the right person, but handyman skills are a plus. Drivers license is required for this position. This is a year-round position, pay is $24-$26 depending on experience. Benefits begin after 6 months. Must already have housing secured to commute to Breckenridge during the winter.
