Construction / Restoration Technician ( On-Call )

We are hiring reliable Emergency Response / Restoration Technicians to join an on-call team in Hayward, CA. This ongoing opportunity involves responding to fire and water damage emergencies, performing demolition, debris removal, restoration, and pack-out services in residential and commercial properties. Candidates must be comfortable working in hot, cold, and wet environments, lifting up to 75 lbs, and being available for emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup.
• Respond to fire and water damage restoration projects.
• Pack out and protect customer belongings.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Work on-call and respond to emergency situations as needed.

Requirements:

• Must be available for on-call work, including 24/7 emergency response.
• Must have your own basic tools (hammer, pry bar, drill, utility knife, tape measure, etc.).
• Must be able to lift 50–75 lbs and work in hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Spanish and English speakers are encouraged to apply.
• OSHA, IICRC, Lead, Asbestos, or First Aid/CPR certifications are a plus.
