General Maintenance Worker

Local Property Management Company looking for General Maintenance Crew. Duties include the following:

• Aids daily operations and works well with others

• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt on the job

• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and senior maintenance workers

• Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician

• Cleans and assists with upkeep on job sites, workshop, and vehicles

• Knowledge of general carpentry and repair

• Ability to use hand tools and power tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Related experience preferred

• On-the-job training offered

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking

• Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.

Experience: Maintenance: 1 Year (preferred)

License/Certification: Valid “Clean” Driver's license (Required)
