Assembly Fulfillment Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

%CF; Completing Bi-Weekly Production Runs

%CB; Assembling and preparing goods for shipment

%CB; Performing quality assurance testing on parts and products.

%CF; Overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.

%CB; Recording fulfillment orders and inventory information.

%CB; Reporting, understanding and completing fulfillment orders, including sales orders, replacements and hardware updates within the company’s CRM.

%CB; Knowing product standards.

%CB; Working alongside transportation carrier companies and utilizing their software to optimize fulfillment and shipping operations.

%CB; Guaranteeing that all shipments and orders adhere to internal and industry requirements.

%CB; Loading and unloading trucks.

%CF; Creating strategies for storing inventory in a way that maintains quality.

%CB; Organizing inventory in an easy-to-access process.

%CB; Moving materials or completed products and packages to established locations.

%CB; Maintaining proper storage for material and product inventory in the warehouse.

%CB; Labeling inventory.

%CF; Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.

%CB; Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals

%CB; Providing data-backed and actionable updates to senior management to improve order fulfillment

%CB; Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock.

%CF; Utilizing machinery such as forklifts to load and unload orders.

%CB; Maintaining the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery.

%CF; Collaborating with other departments to complete production orders on time.

%CB; Handling customer concerns and rerouting escalated complaints to appropriate department leads.

%CF; Supporting a safe and tidy work environment.

%CF; 40 hours/week in-person
