Maintenance Tech

As the Maintenance Technician, your responsibility is to provide basic maintenance to residential and commercial properties. This includes simple repairs such as replacing toilet seats, light fixtures, unclogging drains, replacing furnace filters, installing interior doors, some minor drywalling, and other basic duties to maintain the upkeep of the property. You will also be responsible for meeting with contractors and inspectors as needed as well as informing management of any major repair issues.
