Iowa Licensed Journeyman Electrician – Data Center Project

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA
Start Date: August 15, 2026
Project Duration: Through October 30, 2027

Talent Corps is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians for a long-term data center construction project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This is an excellent opportunity to join a major project with competitive pay and long-term stability.

Compensation

• $65.00/hour
• $150/day per diem (paid for days worked)
• PPE provided

Requirements

• Current Iowa Journeyman Electrician License, OR
• A valid Journeyman Electrician license from one of the following reciprocal states:
• • Alaska
  • Arkansas
  • Colorado
  • Minnesota
  • Montana
  • Nebraska
  • New Hampshire
  • North Dakota
  • Oklahoma
  • South Dakota
  • Texas
  • Wisconsin
  • Wyoming
• Must have held your Journeyman Electrician license for at least 12 months
• Candidates using a reciprocal state license must begin the Iowa reciprocity process on their first day of the project
• Experience on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical/data center projects is strongly preferred
• Ability to work safely and follow all site safety requirements
