• Respond to water & fire damage emergencies
• Perform cleanup, demo, extraction, and drying

'14; Valid driver’s license
'14; Able to lift 50+ lbs & work in physical environments
'14; Willing to take occasional on‑call shifts
'14; Experience a plus (we’ll train the right person)
