Responsibilities:
- Perform installations according to project specifications and company standards
- Support daily production operations to meet workflow and output goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site or production area
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery as required for the role
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Inspect finished work for quality control and accuracy
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
- Prior experience in installation, production, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on the position
