Advanced Poly Packaging is growing—and we’re looking for a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team! What You’ll Do

As a key member of our maintenance team, you’ll help keep our operation running smoothly by maintaining and repairing our specialized production equipment, including:

• Poly bag production machinery
• Printing presses
• Film extrusion equipment

You’ll also:

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Set up, adjust, and optimize industrial machinery
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently
• Support general facility and warehouse maintenance as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Overtime available based on production needs and training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic – 480V/3-phase preferred)
• Strong understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
• Welding/fabrication experience (certification a plus)
• Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
• Familiarity with industrial tools, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe work practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment and stay productive during downtime
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime when needed

Preferred:

• Experience with HVAC systems and air compressors
