Summary
Touch up Soldering Operator: Visually inspect and manually touch-up and/or repair soldering defects from printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs)

Quality Inspector: Perform quality inspections on products and materials to ensure they comply with the required standards of the company's Quality Control Plan and customer specifications

Set-up Machine Operator SMT-Surface Mount Technology: The machine operator sets up all required machines to run PCB's including board loader, screen printer, re-flow oven and conveyors

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical and/or optical final tests on production PCBAs as assigned by the Test Lead/Supervisor.
• Operate standard test equipment, meters, fixtures, and tools to verify functionality.
• Follow detailed written test procedures and work instructions.
• Accurately record test data, results, and observations in required documentation or computer systems.
• Identify test failures and report issues to the Test Lead/Supervisor.
• Learn basic troubleshooting techniques and proper use of test equipment.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and ESD (electrostatic discharge) procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with manufacturing standards

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter data accurately.
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced production team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands

• Stand for long hours, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs.
• Close, distance, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Work Environment
