Working autonomously and in collaboration with other attorneys, you will handle Kansas workers compensation claims from inception through resolution. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and defend workers compensation claims throughout the legal process
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Work effectively with judges and opposing counsel
• Prepare for trials with thorough analysis and documentation
• Advise and counsel clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in workers compensation and/or related matters
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in Kansas
