To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Experience in Supervising furniture installation
- High School Diploma or GED; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- 3–5 years of commercial furniture installation experience, with prior leadership or supervisory roles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, mechanical aptitude, and basic computer skills for reporting
- Ability to lift heavy objects (often 40 lbs or more)
- Use standard hand and power tools
- Valid driver’s license for driving company trucks to job locations (After Initial Training)
- Possess reliable transportation
- A great attitude
- Ability to work within a team setting
