- Part time (less than 30hrs) and full time (40hrs) positions available
- Work days are Monday Thru Friday, between 8AM - 5PM.
- Perform general residential type maintenance tasks including but not limited to minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Perform minor custodial/cleaning tasks.
- Perform landscaping/groundskeeping tasks.
- Good communication skills are a must
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
