Job Description

Job Description
  • Repair and/or replace machine parts daily while maintaining proper fluids and cleanliness of machinery
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge
  • Repair of CNC controls, drives, motors, and mechanical assemblies
  • Must be able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair problems
  • Possess the ability to change spindles, electronic boards, and all phases of maintenance
  • Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus
  • Preventative, predictive and reactive maintenance
  • Basic maintenance tasks throughout the facility

  • Requirements:
  • High School diploma required
  • Associate degree preferred (Electrical/Mechanical)
  • 3 years minimum CNC machine maintenance required
  • CNC, PLC and servo drive experience preferred
