Full-Time Plumber/Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician with light plumbing experience to join our rapidly growing commercial and residential property management team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and installations
• Complete basic electrical repairs
• Conduct routine property upkeep and miscellaneous repair tasks as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including light cleaning and litter control
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Interact daily with commercial, medical, and residential tenants

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Occasional weekends and on-call duties as needed
