We're a well-established, global manufacturer of precision plastic components, and we're growing our skilled trades team in Kansas City, MO. Whether you're an experienced Tool & Die Machinist, a hands-on Maintenance Technician, or just starting out and looking to learn a trade, we have a shift and a role for you.

All shifts available — 1st, 2nd, and 3rd — with pay up to $40/hour depending on role and experience.

OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Tool & Die Technician — MUST HAVE INJECTION MOLDING EXPERIENCE.

• 2 openings on 2nd shift
• Pay: $34–$40/hr + shift differential
• Repair and maintain multi-cavity injection molds with hot runner systems, work to .0005" tolerances, and mentor apprentices.

2. Tool & Die Machinist — MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH EDM MACHINES

• Starting around $30/hour
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, EDM, and grinders to build and repair tools, dies, and molds to tolerances as tight as .0001".

3. Senior Maintenance Technician — Requires 11-15 years of maintenance experience (7-10 with a related degree)

• $34–$36/hour
• Lead troubleshooting and repair on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a high-speed environment. Mentor junior techs, support TPM/kaizen initiatives, and drive root cause analysis. ; Journeyman electrical or millwright certification strongly preferred.

4. Maintenance Technician —

• 2 openings (3rd shift with choice of days off being 3rd Shift – SM Off OR 3rd Shift – FS Off)
• $27–$29/hour + differentials
• Repair and maintain injection molding machines, motors, and conveyors; troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues. T

5. Molding Technician

• 2 openings (1st & 3rd shifts with the choice of days off being 1 – 1st Shift – TW Off OR 1 – 3rd Shift – TW Off)
• $27–$35/hour + differentials
• Run mold changeovers using an overhead crane, set up auxiliary equipment (robots, cooling systems, heater boxes), and keep production running efficiently. Hands-on experience with injection mold changeovers required; crane certification preferred.

6. Assembly Maintenance Technician —

• 9 openings (mainly 2nd Shift)
• $27/hour + shift differentials
• Repair assembly machinery and conveyors, troubleshoot pneumatics and electrical issues.

7. Fabricator —

• $25/hour + differentials
• Assemble and repair machinery using mills, lathes, and welders; fabricate parts and install structural components.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS (vary by role — see above):

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs depending on role
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with moving parts and moderate noise
• Overtime required for most positions
