Facilities Maintenance Engineer

The Facilities Maintenance Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of building systems and equipment. This role requires a skilled professional to manage maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and support projects with a focus on compliance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment maintenance and system troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external contractors.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Support facility projects by providing technical expertise and maintenance insight.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance engineering.
• Valid Stationary Engineer’s License.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour Safety Training certification.
