Packaging Technician

Exciting opportunity to get on a great team in the Biotechnology industry as a Packaging Technician! This role plays a pivotal role in the packaging of in-vitro diagnostic kits that help healthcare professionals all over the world diagnose illnesses and diseases.

*NOTE:* This role is fully on site in Malvern, PA. The schedule is 6am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and package products according to company standards and specifications
• Operate and maintain packaging machinery and equipment
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packaging processes
• Practices Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while performing duties.
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of packaged products
• Adhere to FDA regulations and guidelines for packaging and labeling
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of packaging equipment, hand tools, and forklift operation
• Familiarity with logic controllers and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packaging processes
• Knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
