Hiring Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Perform grounds maintenance and light landscaping.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance (preferred but not required).
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including turnovers and work orders.
• Handle plumbing, drywall repair and texturing, painting, electrical repair, carpentry, and appliance repair and installation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months of onsite residential maintenance work experience.
• Must have your own set of basic hand tools and a power drill.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability Monday-Friday for an 8-hour workday, full-time (40 hours per week).
• HVAC certification is preferred (proof of certification required if applicable).
• No on-call duties.
