$20/hr + Bonuses ($25-$30/hr) | Restoration Technician

Spotless is hiring Water & Mold Restoration Technicians.

Most of our team starts at $20/hr, but with bonuses, many are earning the equivalent of $25–$30/hr+.

If you’ve worked in construction, restoration, HVAC, or similar hands-on trades, you’ll fit right in.

Pay

• Starting pay: $20/hr (most new hires)
• Higher starting pay for experienced technicians
• Monthly performance bonuses (typically add $5–$10/hr equivalent)
• Overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Respond to water damage and mold jobs
• Set up drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, etc.)
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, etc.)
• Clean and sanitize affected areas
• Work as part of a team to restore homes and businesses

⚠️ Job Reality (Read Before Applying)

This is physical, hands-on work:

• Crawlspaces and attics
• Hot, dirty, and tight environments at times
• Daily physical labor
• On-call rotation (nights/weekends required)
• Some long days during emergency jobs

If you’ve worked in construction or similar trades, you’ll understand the environment.

• Valid driver’s license

Restoration or construction experience is a strong plus
IICRC certifications are a big plus (not required)
