Lead Mechanic

George Ley Company is searching for a lead mechanic to manage our mechanic shop which repairs a variety of vehicles and construction equipment. We are looking for a leader who is task oriented and orderly.

Responsibilities:

• Manage repairs for trucks and equipment
• Diagnose diesel and hydraulic issues
• Record and shedule routine vehicle maintenance
• Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a mechanic
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
