We are looking for an accomplished Plaintiff's personal injury pre-litigation attorney to join a growing practice in Tempe, Arizona. This opportunity is suited for a lawyer with extensive plaintiff-side experience who can manage complex injury matters while also helping expand the firm's referral relationships and client pipeline. Responsibilities:

• Pre-litigation handling of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement resolution.

• Evaluate liability, damages, and case strategy to position matters for favorable outcomes before suit is filed.

• Draft persuasive legal correspondence, demand packages, motions, and other case-related documents as needed.

• Direct discovery-related preparation and organize supporting evidence, medical records, and documentation to strengthen claims.

• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing parties to secure fair compensation for clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, key contacts, and community partners to generate new business.

• Advise clients throughout the life of their matters, providing clear guidance on strategy, expectations, and next steps.

• Collaborate with the broader legal team to manage an active caseload efficiently and support continued practice growth.

• Active license to practice law and strong standing with the State Bar of Arizona.

• At least 10 years of experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury matters, with significant pre-litigation responsibility.

• Demonstrated background in civil litigation, including drafting legal motions, briefs, and related case materials.

• Proven ability to negotiate settlements effectively and resolve claims strategically.

• Experience managing discovery processes and reviewing evidence in support of injury claims.

• Established network or track record of contributing to business development and referral generation.

• Strong client communication skills and the ability to manage a substantial caseload with sound judgment.
