We are looking for a Litigation Paralegal to support a busy legal team handling complex commercial litigation matters in Wilmington, Delaware. This position is ideal for an organized individual who is confident navigating Delaware court procedures, managing case materials, and assisting attorneys through all stages of litigation. The role offers the opportunity to contribute in a collaborative law firm environment that values precision, responsiveness, and strong legal support.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and electronically submit pleadings, motions, and other case documents to Delaware courts with a high degree of accuracy.
• Support matters involving the Delaware Court of Chancery by coordinating filings, tracking deadlines, and following court-specific procedural requirements.
• Verify legal citations, confirm factual references, and format filings in accordance with Bluebook and court standards.
• Conduct legal and factual research using platforms such as Westlaw, Lexis, and other online resources to assist attorneys with case development.
• Organize discovery materials, maintain case files, and manage large volumes of documents in a structured and efficient manner.
• Assist with trial preparation by assembling exhibits, coordinating materials, and providing hands-on support to attorneys during hearings and trial proceedings.
• Use litigation support tools, including Concordance and Relativity, to manage case information and support document review workflows.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and outside vendors while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Work independently and as part of a legal team, including adjusting schedules when needed to meet time-sensitive case demands.• Prior experience supporting commercial litigation matters as a paralegal in a law firm or similar legal environment.
• Working knowledge of litigation procedures, including motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and appellate processes.
• Demonstrated experience with Delaware court e-filing and familiarity with Delaware Court of Chancery practice.
• Strong skills in cite checking, fact verification, Bluebook formatting, and legal research.
• Proficiency with legal research platforms and litigation support software, including Westlaw, Lexis, Concordance, or Relativity.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and prioritization abilities with close attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and external contacts.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and work additional hours when case deadlines require it.
