The Retail Assistant Manager plays a vital role in overseeing daily store operations and supporting strategic planning efforts. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position focuses on managing a medium team of 6 to 15 employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. The role includes responsibilities for staff development, inventory control, and loss prevention while utilizing standard retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a medium team of 6-15 employees
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
• Manage inventory control and coordinate stock replenishment
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct staff training and development programs
• Oversee visual merchandising to optimize store presentation
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy

• Utilize POS and inventory software for daily operations
