Now Hiring – MIG Welder (Structural Steel)

Location: Manteca, CA
Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Balance Staffing is hiring experienced MIG Welders for a structural steel manufacturing facility in Manteca, CA. This is a full-time opportunity for welders with structural steel experience who are looking to join a growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and structural integrity.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG (GMAW) welding experience is required.
• Structural steel welding experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Steel-toed boots are required on your first day.
• Resume required for client review.
• Background check required.

Schedule & Overtime

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Overtime available based on production needs.
• This position follows an Alternative Work Schedule (AWS). Overtime is paid for hours worked over 10 in a day or over 40 in a workweek.
