FINANCIAL ANALYST FOR TECH MANUFACTURE COMPANY
As a key member of the finance team, the Financial Analyst provides strategic financial support to business leaders through analysis, forecasting, and process optimization. This position offers hands-on experience across financial planning, operational finance, and accounting functions in a manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and support decision-making.
Build financial models for forecasting, pricing, profitability, and investments.
Analyze monthly results, identify variances, and recommend improvements.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Standardize and improve financial processes, reporting, and analytics.
Automate reporting and enhance data quality through continuous improvement.
Prepare KPI dashboards, management reports, and executive presentations.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and accounting teams.
Support audits, compliance, and internal controls.
Assist with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
Develop a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and financial drivers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of finance, FP& A or accounting experience
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Manufacturing finance, standard costing, and variance analysis experience preferred
Knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and month-end close
Power BI, SQL, or business intelligence tool experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
