Job Description

Tucson, AZ | Full-Time | Flexible Schedule

If you've been looking for a BCBA role where you can truly focus on your clients instead of an overwhelming caseload, this may be worth a conversation.

We're working with a well-established ABA organization in Tucson that has built its clinical model around quality care. One thing that consistently stands out is their commitment to keeping caseloads manageable, giving BCBAs the time they need to provide meaningful supervision, collaborate with their team, and create individualized treatment plans without feeling stretched too thin.

This is primarily a clinic-based position with flexibility built into the schedule and a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other experienced clinicians.

Whether you're already in Arizona or considering relocating, this team offers a supportive environment where BCBAs are valued for their clinical expertise—not just productivity.

  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Review treatment data and make clinical recommendations based on individual progress

  • Develop and update behavior intervention and treatment plans

  • Partner with families and collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other members of the care team

  • Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing care coordination

  • Complete occasional school consultations or home visits (very limited)

The organization offers flexibility depending on your needs, including options such as:

  • 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

  • Hybrid clinic and remote scheduling

  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance

  • 401(k)

  • Paid Time Off plus 13 paid holidays each year

  • Paid BCBA certification and Arizona licensure renewals

  • Ongoing professional development

  • Mileage reimbursement
