This is primarily a clinic-based position with flexibility built into the schedule and a collaborative environment where you'll work alongside Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other experienced clinicians.
Whether you're already in Arizona or considering relocating, this team offers a supportive environment where BCBAs are valued for their clinical expertise—not just productivity.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide clinical oversight for a manageable caseload of clients receiving ABA services
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Review treatment data and make clinical recommendations based on individual progress
Develop and update behavior intervention and treatment plans
Partner with families and collaborate with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and other members of the care team
Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing care coordination
Complete occasional school consultations or home visits (very limited)
Schedule
The organization offers flexibility depending on your needs, including options such as:
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Hybrid clinic and remote scheduling
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D
Master's degree required
Arizona license (or ability to obtain)

Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
