Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) | Outpatient Only

Salary: $268,000 - $300,000 annually (based on Years of Experience)

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
• Current, unrestricted California Physician license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years of primary care clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a full-time patient panel of approximately 1,500 patients.
• Strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with culturally diverse and underserved populations is highly valued.
• Bilingual language skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients (no obstetrics).
• Perform physical examinations, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, interpret laboratory and diagnostic results, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide preventive, wellness, and chronic disease management services.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Coordinate specialty referrals, diagnostic testing, and continuity of care.
• Complete medical documentation, disability forms, DMV, IHSS, school, DME, and related patient paperwork.
• Manage EHR inbox messages, prescription refills, and patient communications.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health professionals, nurses, and care coordinators in a multidisciplinary care model.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, clinical audits, and organizational performance activities.
• Provide after-hours on-call coverage on a rotating schedule.
• Participate in community outreach events and health education initiatives as needed.
