We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join a busy estate planning and elder law office in the Greater Worcester area. This fully onsite position supports attorneys, paralegals, and clients by keeping administrative workflows organized, responsive, and efficient. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing client service, document coordination, and daily office support in a collaborative legal setting.


Responsibilities:

• Organize and compile estate planning packets and supporting client documents to ensure materials are accurate and ready for use.

• Prepare engagement paperwork, maintain digital files, and keep records structured for easy access by the legal team.

• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including certified mail, court-related submissions, and recorded property documents.

• Support the planning and execution of seminars and client events by coordinating materials, logistics, and administrative details.

• Update case notes, databases, and tracking systems with timely and accurate information.

• Monitor office inventory and assist with general administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly.

• Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to maintain efficient case flow and responsive client service.

• Provide front-office administrative support, including phone coverage, scheduling assistance, and electronic filing activities as needed.

• High school diploma required; additional college coursework is preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience, ideally within a law firm or other services setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills suited to a client-facing work environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and legal or case management software.
• Experience supporting calendars, handling multi-line phone systems, and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced office environment.
