Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

We are hiring a Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time permanent opportunity in Denton County, TX. If you have hospice or senior care experience and are passionate about providing compassionate patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• On-call rotation required

Requirements

• Active Texas RN License
• Minimum 1 year of Hospice or Senior Care experience
• BLS Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and patient assessment skills

What You'll Do

• Complete hospice admission assessments
• Determine hospice eligibility
• Develop individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients and families
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
