Occupational Therapist School Setting in Salem, NH

You’ll have variety in your day as you support students across multiple school sites, and your expertise will play a key role in empowering students’ growth and independence.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license, or eligibility for licensure prior to the start of the school year
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Flexibility to adapt to multiple school environments and changing caseload needs
• Knowledge or experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices is a plus
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse abilities at elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a full-time caseload across more than one campus

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments, interventions, and consultative services for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique goals
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student success in the academic environment
• Document services and progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning for student growth
