Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead core people operations and talent initiatives for our team in Kapolei, Hawaii. This role works closely with organizational leaders to strengthen hiring strategies, support employee relations, and maintain effective HR programs. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong communication skills, and a practical understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day human resources management. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with department leaders to align staffing plans and human resources priorities with business needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and guiding new hires through onboarding.
• Drive outreach efforts to attract talent through recruiting events, community networking, and online employment channels.
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and employee relations matters.
• Support sensitive HR activities such as accommodation requests, internal reviews, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while helping ensure compliance with applicable employment practices.
• Assist in administering employee benefit programs and responding to team member questions related to HR policies and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.• At least 3–5 years of human resources experience, including direct involvement in recruitment or employee retention initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing methods, compensation considerations, and employment practices.
• Experience using recruiting and talent sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Ability to manage employee relations issues with discretion, sound judgment, and a respectful approach.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes, HR administration, benefits support, and HR information systems.
• HR certification is preferred.
