This well known and respected law firm is looking for a skilled Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side litigation practice in North Dallas. . This on-site opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and can keep matters organized from initial filing through final resolution. The role offers exposure to complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases while contributing to meaningful legal advocacy.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate case activity from intake through closing, keeping deadlines, filings, and supporting documents organized and current.
• Draft, review, and prepare litigation materials such as pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence for attorney review.
• Assist attorneys with discovery by gathering records, summarizing case information, and tracking requests, productions, and follow-up items.
• Support trial readiness by organizing exhibits, witness materials, trial binders, and other case-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate information in case management systems and ensure files reflect the latest developments in each matter.
• Conduct legal and factual research to help attorneys evaluate claims, prepare filings, and strengthen case strategy.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, courts, and outside counsel in a thorough and timely manner.
• Monitor deadlines and priorities across multiple active matters to help the legal team stay on schedule and prepared.

• At least 3 years of paralegal experience supporting civil litigation matters.
• Background working on plaintiff-side cases, ideally in medical malpractice or personal injury litigation.
• Hands-on experience with discovery processes, document organization, and trial preparation.
• Proficiency with case management software and standard legal document handling practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, stay detail-focused, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving setting.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills are valued but are not required.
