We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support the development of clear, persuasive, and well-organized proposal materials for our team in Riverside, California. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple deadlines, translate complex information into compelling written content, and keep proposal efforts moving efficiently from kickoff through final submission. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to assemble high-quality responses that align with client requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the full proposal development process, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and submission requirements are met.
• Draft, revise, and organize proposal narratives to create strong, client-focused response documents.
• Gather input from subject matter experts and internal partners to build accurate and complete proposal content.
• Review solicitation documents carefully to identify key requirements, response criteria, and compliance needs.
• Maintain consistency, formatting, and quality across proposal materials prior to final delivery.
• Track progress across multiple active proposals and follow up with contributors to keep projects on schedule.
• Support the preparation of final proposal packages, including editing, proofreading, and version control.
• Help refine response libraries and reusable content to improve efficiency and strengthen future submissions.• Experience supporting proposal preparation, bid coordination, or related business development activities.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to produce concise, detail-focused content.
• Ability to interpret request documents and organize responses according to detailed instructions.
• Excellent time management skills and the capacity to handle competing deadlines effectively.
• High attention to detail in document review, formatting, and quality control.
• Proficiency with standard business software used for document creation, editing, and collaboration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
