Sandigo Mechanical Contracting Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator Assistant to join our growing team.
This position will provide direct support to our Estimating Department by helping organize projects, prepare bids, follow up with vendors, and keep estimating tasks moving efficiently.
Responsibilities:
%CF; Assist with the preparation of estimates and proposals.
%CF; Request and track vendor and subcontractor pricing.
%CF; Organize project documents, plans, and specifications.
%CF; Follow up on pending quotes and material availability.
%CF; Maintain spreadsheets and estimating records.
%CF; Communicate with vendors, customers, and team members.
%CF; Support the estimator with daily administrative tasks.
%CF; Help ensure deadlines are met and projects stay organized.
