About the Role

As a Picker/Packer/Shipper, you’ll play a key part ensuring customer orders are packed correctly and move out on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Pull products from shelves based on customer orders.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality.
• Pack items securely and prepare them for shipment.
• Label and stage packages for outgoing shipments.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet shipping deadlines

We’re moving quickly to fill this role and need someone ready to jump in and make an impact right away.

What We’re Looking For:

• Physically ready Able to lift and handle packages weighing 5 to 70 pounds throughout the day.
• Detail-oriented Attention to detail to ensure every order is accurate.
• Efficient Comfortable working on your feet in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual - we count on you from day one!

Skills and Experience:

• Basic communication skills (reading order sheets, following directions).
• Previous warehouse or packaging experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain accuracy.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months experience in a warehouse, shipping, or packaging environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality — we depend on each other to meet daily goals
• Ability to read and follow order sheets and work instructions
• Basic math and computer skills (for counting, labeling, and scanning items)
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

Preferred:

• Experience using barcode scanners or inventory management systems
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping processes
• Forklift or pallet jack experience a plus (training available)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, cooperative work style

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm

Salary:

$21.00-$22.00 per hour
