Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, scheduling/coordinating people, purchasing, processes, job reconciliation and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager and will work directly with owner on all day to day activities. $1000 Sign On Bonus
Responsibilities
- Manage medium to large scale projects
- Meet with clients, inspectors and city/town agencies
- Look at and estimate electrical work
- Schedule and supervise technicians in the field
- Negotiate pricing and purchase materials
- Help schedule and service national accounts
- Measure and report on project progress
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrician in Massachusetts, either Journeyman or Master
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Sales and people skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Estimating
- Schedule work and crews
- Administrative and computer skills
