Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing administrative functions and facilitating communication between employees and management. This role ensures smooth HR operations, helping to recruit, onboard, and maintain employee records while assisting with policy implementation and employee relations.

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, team member records management, HR compliance, team member communications, and other HR-related activities. This role serves as a point of contact for team members and helps ensure efficient and professional HR operations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of team member information.

• Coordinate recruitment processes including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems.
• Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing documentation, and conducting orientation sessions.
• Support employee benefits administration and respond to employee queries.
• Prepare HR reports, track employee attendance and leave records.
• Assist with policy compliance and HR audits.
• Facilitate communication between HR management and employees.
• Support coordination of employee engagement and training initiatives.
