Residential Construction Project Manager

The Residential Construction Project Manager oversees medium-sized teams to successfully execute multi-family residential, mixed-use developments, and single-family home projects. Reporting directly to the Owner/Developer, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards, while coordinating regional travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule construction projects from inception to completion
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial oversight
• Obtain and manage permits and ensure regulatory compliance
• Oversee contract administration and vendor relationships
• Coordinate and lead teams of 6-15 construction professionals
• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in residential construction project management
