Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Properly quote items that can be manufactured in our facility
· Properly quote to meet company profit margins
· Properly choose appropriate outside vendor to meet requirements
· Work directly with customers to gather correct information as required
· Review all completed jobs for accuracy and profitability
· Properly use the E2 management system to record job information
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assume other responsibilities as required
PRIMARY PERFORMANCE PARAMETERS:
· Meet the required delivery dates for all assigned jobs
· Meet customer delivery requirements
· Meet quality requirements of all assigned processes
· Conduct all operations in a safe manner
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· Ability to read & understand blueprints and technical documents
· A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes and a willingness to analyze, challenge and change processes, if needed, to create a more efficient environment and culture
· Organizational and time management skills
· Self starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize work day/projects independently
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Good understand of the manufacturing process
· Good computer knowledge
· Basic math skills
· Attention to detail
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:· Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIRED:
- Valid driver’s license
