What You'll Do
Drive Pricing Strategy
- Serve as the subject matter expert for pricing, products, and customer agreements.
- Analyze material and input costs to develop quarterly surcharge recommendations and pricing adjustments.
- Develop customer pricing strategies that align with business objectives and SAP capabilities.
- Manage customer-specific pricing agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
- Ensure all pricing aligns with contractual obligations and company policies.
Analyze Products & Market Opportunities
- Evaluate product performance and recommend pricing strategies, quantity breaks, and profitability improvements.
- Conduct scenario modeling and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify new product opportunities that strengthen our market position and increase margins.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership on product and pricing initiatives.
Lead Projects & Improve Processes
- Maintain contracts and pricing documentation within CRM and OneDrive for cross-functional visibility.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and new business initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Utilize project management tools to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Four or more years of professional experience in Product Management, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting data-driven recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer, vendor, and manufacturing locations.
