RV Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with exceptional service and assist them in finding the camper/products that fit their needs.
• Facilitate the entire sales process between the customer and necessary department or co-worker during and after the sale
• Maintain first name basis relationships with customers to assist with any present and future needs
• Resolve customer inquiries or complaints
• Keep an organized log of customers and ability to work with CRM software
• Stay updated on RV industry trends and market changes
• Be willing to take on additional tasks that benefit the dealership or help with co workers
• Maintain a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience required
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Strong negotiation skills
• Friendly demeanor
