Garnishment Clerk

We are looking to add Garnishment Clerks to our team. Job functions and core competencies may include but not limited to:

• Proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
• Possess strong written and verbal communications skills
• Operate in a team environment
• Processing legal documents
• Reviewing court dockets, and speaking with companies where garnishments are filed to follow up
• Prints and prepares pleadings for attorney review
• Overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change.

Experience preferred but we will train the right person. This position will be on a hybrid schedule though it is not guaranteed to be indefinite. Training will be in office. Once training is complete then 2-3 days per week will be spent in office and the rest remote.
