The Opportunity

Sip Fresh is looking for dynamic General Managers for the market, specifically in the Los Angeles and Orange county areas.

If you are a hands-on manager who loves inspiring a team and delivering a fun, fresh guest experience, we want to talk to you! This role is pivotal in driving exceptional customer experiences, managing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. There is ample room for growth for results driven leaders in our organization.

As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations with your primary focus is to lead your team, provide exceptional service, maximizing sales, and ensuring perfect product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of daily store operations
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
• Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold Sip Fresh’s quality standards
• Manage inventory, labor, and food cost within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies
• Foster a positive team culture and strong customer relationships
• Drive sales performance and store profitability
• Collaborate with leadership and contribute to company growth initiatives
• Participate in annual leadership meetings and company events

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in food & beverage or retail service
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for developing people and building a great team culture
• Ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive performance metrics
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
