Site set up / Temp facilities
On site logistics
Jobsite safety
Subcontractor coordination
Subcontractor scheduling
Layout & Control
Coordinate material testing & special inspections
Develop job meeting agendas
Maintain job site files
Daily reports
Project photographic record
Ensure all material & work is per specifications
Ensure workmanship and material quality
Ensure project schedule is maintained
Responsible for subcontractor harmony
Coordinate & schedule inspections
Maintain record documents
Collect equipment manuals
Responsible for site safety
Ensure completed work is properly protected from damage
Advise PM daily / Weekly of job progress
