Highly skilled with OST/QB to produce takeoff and proposals.
Evaluate all contract documents including; bid drawings, specifications, general conditions, and project site logistics.
Review labor rates, material costs, and construction equipment.
Participate in pre-construction phase of projects to help sell and finalize project budgeting which includes; development of alternatives, constructability evaluations, and value engineering.
Current Experience in Commercial Drywall Construction.
