About the job
The HR Admin provides exceptional support to employees, contractors, and interpreters throughout their employment lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, government clearance processes, compliance, and employee experience.

%CF; Has experience supporting employee relations, onboarding, or People Services functions (preferred)
%CF; Has working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements (preferred)
%CF; Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills (preferred)
%CF; Has experience using HR systems such as Workday, Salesforce, or similar platforms (preferred)
%CF; Has a legal or compliance-related background or training (preferred)
What you'll do
%CF; Guide interpreters through expedited government clearance processes and ensure all documentation is complete and submitted on time
%CF; Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and interpreters by providing guidance on policies, procedures, and clearance requirements
%CF; Review clearance documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and government standards
%CF; Monitor clearance progress, track outstanding requirements, and communicate status updates to minimize delays
%CF; Maintain accurate employee, contractor, and clearance records while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
%CF; Prepare and distribute employment verifications, attestations, audit documentation, and other official records
%CF; Monitor compliance with company policies, employment laws, contractual obligations, and government clearance requirements
%CF; Support audits and recommend corrective actions when needed
%CF; Generate reports and analyze People Services metrics to support decision-making and process improvements
%CF; Utilize Workday, Salesforce, and other HR systems to manage records, workflows, and compliance activities
%CF; Collaborate on onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, quality initiatives, and special projects
%CF; Support continuous improvement efforts that enhance service quality, efficiency, and operational excellence
%CF; Respond to employee inquiries and assist with emergency or critical incident communications as needed
%CF; Perform other duties as assigned
