Sales/Estimator

We are seeking a Sales/Estimator to join our team! You must have at least 1 year of experience in estimating asphalt/ concrete services. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• ​Qualifications:
• Previous experience in sales/estimating asphalt or concrete
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Good negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

We are a full service paving company that specializes in milling, new installs, resurfacing and patching of parking lots and residential driveways. .We also offer health insurance and a simple IRA retirement plan. We are located in Independence, Ohio
