About the job
The Operations Inventory Control Coordinator I supports inventory accuracy and material
availability across operations to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

We're looking for someone who
%CF; Has a high school diploma
%CF; Has 0–2 years of related work experience
%CF; Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
%CF; Has experience working with inventory systems; Oracle experience is a plus
%CF; Communicates effectively and collaborates well with cross-functional teams
%CF; Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
%CF; Can perform basic calculations and accurate data entry
%CF; Is comfortable working in a quality system and regulated environment
%CF; Has strong verbal and written communication skills

%CF; Can lift up to 20 lbs as needed to perform inventory counts

What you'll do
%CF; Support inventory accuracy across operations and warehouse functions
%CF; Order, receive, stock, and stage inventory to support production needs
%CF; Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate necessary adjustments
%CF; Maintain inventory of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished goods
%CF; Replenish raw materials within the clean room materials area
%CF; Stock and maintain work-in-process (WIP) inventory in the clean room
%CF; Set up and maintain Kanban inventory levels to support production
%CF; Support inventory requests from internal teams
%CF; Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Oracle to review documents, complete training, and
monitor inventory
%CF; Maintain an organized workspace while meeting deadlines and collaborating with
cross-functional teams

%CF; Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
%CF; Must be able to perform inventory counts and material handling duties
%CF; Must be comfortable working in a warehouse and clean room environment
%CF; Must be able to stand and move throughout the workday
